How do I dispute a charge if I think I was billed in error?

Our service is a pay for access subscription which gives you access to thousands of ringtones, wallpapers, games, and much more.  The PlayPhone charges you may have received on your cell phone bill occurred when the device holder subscribed for services which may consist of one or more of the following:
 Ringtones
 Wallpapers and images
 Mobile Games
 Text alerts
To join and receive these services the device holder must do one of the following
A) Visit a website offering mobile content, enter your cell phone number online, receive a PIN, and enter that PIN online.
B) Send a text message to the premium number seen on TV or in a magazine.

The above must happen before you are considered a valid user of our service and have charges appear on your cell phone bill.
To stop these charges and services please send the word STOP to 33888.

As a courtesy, PlayPhone may issue a refund for the last service charge if you meet the following criteria:

 You have subscribed or your account has renewed within the last 30 days
 And you have not requested nor downloaded any content from our site

If you are eligible for a refund and would like to request a refund for the last service charge only, please contact our billing department at 877-312-7002.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

We are sorry to see you go.  If you are canceling the service due to technical difficulties, please contact our customer care, 877-312-7002.  Our customer care agents are available 24 hours seven days  a week and will gladly help you with any downloading issues. To stop the service, you may text the word STOP to 33888 or send email to customercare@allpp.com. We are continually adding new and exciting content and hope that you will come back and visit us in the near future for your mobile content needs.

Can I get a refund?

I am not getting an error message but I can't get the ringtone, game, wallpaper, or video to download.

If you are not receiving an error message and you are not able to download the ringtone, please check that you have enough memory to save the download.  You can delete unused ringtones, games, wallpapers or videos to free up memory.  Also, on some phones you have to confirm saving a download in order to keep it.  If you are still experiencing difficulties after attempting to redownload the content, please contact us, 877-312-7002.

How did I become subscribed to your services?

How do I subscribe to PlayPhone on my wireless device?

If you do not wish to subscribed directly online, you can send a text message "p" or "y" to 33888.  You will receive a text message confirming your subscription to our service.

I ordered content online and did not receive the text message. What do I do?

It is possible that the text message may have been delayed.  Please resend the content to your phone by clicking on the resend link found in your content vault.  Please remember to check the following places for your download link: Inbox, Browse messages, Push Inbox, Fun Box, Service Inbox.  If you have waited an hour and have not yet received your text message, please contact our customer care for further assistance, 877-312-7002.

I ordered the wrong content and I would like my credits back. What can I do?

If you have waited one hour for the text message or content to be delivered, please contact our customer care for further assistance. To call us please dial 877-312-7002.

I can hear all of the ringtones but the sound quality is poor and distorted.

On some mobile devices, if you turn the volume up too high, it will introduce a level of distortion.  Try reducing the volume on your device.  If the problem still occurs, please contact our customer care for further assistance, 877-312-7002.

I found a ringtone, wallpaper, game, or video I like what do I do now?

We are glad that you found your favorite content. Now that you have found your desired item click on the "Get it Now" button.  You will now be just four easy steps away from getting that item on your phone today.  Simply fill out the information form, enter your phone number, select your offer (this can be a trial or subscription offer), and confirm.
